Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Export Executive to manage international trade operations and support global business growth. The candidate should have hands-on experience in export documentation, B2B marketing, e-commerce handling, and a sound understanding of export procedures.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading (BL), certificates of origin (COO), and other shipping documents.

  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, and shipping lines for timely dispatch and clearance of goods.

  • Handle pre- and post-shipment formalities and documentation.

  • Identify and communicate with international buyers via B2B platforms (Alibaba, TradeIndia, Indiamart, etc.).

  • Manage e-commerce listings, respond to inquiries, and convert leads into export sales.

  • Maintain communication with clients and ensure smooth execution of export orders.

  • Prepare quotations, follow up on payments, and maintain export records and MIS reports.

  • Coordinate with accounts, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely delivery.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • B.Com graduate with 1–2 years of experience in export/import operations.

  • Strong knowledge of export documentation and procedures (Shipping, Customs, LC, Incoterms, etc.).

  • Familiarity with B2B marketing and e-commerce portals.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and online communication tools.

  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
