The ideal candidate should be proactive, analytical, and passionate about e-commerce operations and brand performance.Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of seller accounts across multiple e-commerce platforms.
Monitor listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory.
Handle order processing, returns, and performance metrics.
Develop and execute growth strategies to improve visibility and sales.
Coordinate with internal teams for content, advertising, and logistics.
Generate reports and analyze sales trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience as an E-Commerce Executive / Account Manager.
Strong understanding of marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.
Proficiency in Excel, listing management, and campaign optimization.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts efficiently.
