Salary & Incentives

- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

- Incentives: 1% of net incremental sales upon achieving growth targets

Location & Schedule

- Work Mode: Work from office

- Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

- Work Days: 6 days a week

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow product listings across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)

- Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and return rates

- Develop pricing strategies to optimize profitability

- Analyze marketplace trends and competitors

- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for online promotions

- Maintain strong relationships with marketplace account managers

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree preferred

- Minimum 1 year experience in ecommerce account management or similar role

- Strong analytical and Excel skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Proactive and target-driven mindset
