About the Role

We are seeking a detail-orientated and proactive Website Listing & Order Dispatching Associate to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing online product listings across multiple platforms, coordinating order processing, and ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

🛍️ Website/Product Listing

• Upload and maintain product listings across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)

• Ensure accuracy of product details, including images, descriptions, pricing, tags, and inventory.

• Coordinate with content and design teams for new listings and promotional updates.

• Monitor listing performance and suggest improvements to optimise visibility and conversions.

📦 Order Management & Dispatch

• Process daily orders received via website and third-party platforms.

• Generate packing slips and dispatch labels using courier dashboards (DTDC, Bluedart, Shiprocket, etc.).

• Coordinate with the warehouse or packaging team to ensure timely order fulfilment.

• Update order tracking details and communicate dispatch status to customers.

🧾 Inventory Coordination

• Maintain accurate inventory records across online portals.

• Flag low-stock items and coordinate restocking as needed.

📞 Customer & Internal Coordination

• Respond to listing- or order-related queries from internal teams and customers.

• Liaise with the courier partners to resolve pickup or delivery issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience in e-commerce operations or online product listings (preferred).

• Familiarity with order dispatch platforms like Shiprocket, Pickrr, etc.

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

• Working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and basic tech tools.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of Canva or photo editing tools for listing images.

• Understanding of SEO practices for product listing.

• Good written and verbal communication.
