Job Summary:
Atom Capitol is seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Media Analyst to support its brand visibility and digital presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing media performance, managing online campaigns, creating impactful presentations, and implementing SEO strategies to enhance reach in the competitive real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
Create compelling PowerPoint presentations for project pitches, sales decks, investor meetings, and internal reviews.
Monitor, track, and analyze the performance of digital and offline media campaigns.
Generate weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
Evaluate media spends and ROI across channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Plan and manage media campaigns across digital platforms for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Coordinate with creative teams/agencies for ad creatives, content, and timelines.
Ensure campaign delivery aligns with project timelines and brand guidelines.
Conduct on-page and off-page SEO activities to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
Collaborate with content writers to ensure SEO-friendly blogs, project pages, and meta tags.
Track media mentions, brand sentiment, and online reputation.
Stay updated on trends in the real estate industry and digital marketing tools.
Key Skills and Competencies:
Strong analytical and presentation skills
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and Meta Business Suite
Expertise in PowerPoint and Canva for business presentation design
Attention to detail with a creative mindset
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in media analytics or campaign management
Real estate or startup experience is preferred but not mandatory
Preferred Tools Knowledge:
Facebook Ads Manager, MS Power Point, Canva, excel
