Job Title: Marketing Executive – On-Ground Promotions & Lead Generation
Location: Multiple Gym Locations (Travel Required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Distribute flyers, coupons, and promotional materials to attract walk-ins and inquiries

• Assist in organizing in-gym events, fitness challenges, and community engagement activities

• Build awareness about the gym’s opening, services, and membership offers

• Take local feedback and share insights on target audience behavior and campaign response

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in field marketing, promotions, or direct lead generation

• Confident, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with strangers

• Willingness to travel to different gym locations as required

Preferred:

• Two-wheeler for local commuting (Travel allowance will be provided)

• Experience in gym, wellness, retail, or F&B promotions is a plus
