Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Management: Manage product listings, optimize content (SEO, keywords, images), manage pricing, and run platform-specific promotions/ads (Amazon Ads/Flipkart Ads).
Order & Inventory: Oversee order processing, tracking, returns, and ensure stock levels align with sales.
Performance & Strategy: Analyze sales data, traffic, and conversion rates; identify opportunities; implement growth strategies; ensure compliance with marketplace policies.
Coordination: Work with internal teams (marketing, warehouse, product) and external marketplace support for issue resolution.
Customer Service: Address customer queries, feedback, and complaints promptly.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience with Amazon & Flipkart Only
Technical: Strong command of e-commerce dashboards, MS Excel, listing SEO, and catalogue management.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, coordination, multitasking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Education: Marketing, E-Commerce, or related fields (often preferred).
Focus Areas for Amazon/Flipkart
Platform-Specifics: Deep knowledge of Seller Central (Amazon) and Seller Hub (Flipkart).
Advertising: Managing PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, etc.) on both platforms.
Compliance: Adhering to Amazon's A-to-Z policies and Flipkart's seller guidelines.
