� � Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales and Marketing Executive, your core responsibilities include:
• Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in colleges and educational institutions, including principals, HODs, and other decision-makers.
• Conducting in-person meetings, webinars, and seminars to promote our EdTech solutions and engage students effectively.
• Coordinating with internal teams to understand product features and updates, and effectively communicating these to prospective clients.
• Generating leads through direct outreach, referrals, and participation in educational events.
• Managing the end-to-end sales cycle, including follow-ups, negotiations, and closures.
• Maintaining accurate records of interactions and prospects in the CRM system.
• Traveling regularly within the base location and being open to occasional travel to other locations, for which travel allowances and accommodation will be provided.
• Staying updated with market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities in the EdTech sector.
• Contributing to the company’s overall growth and building a strong brand presence in the education sector.

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the EdTech or education industry.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders and influence decision-makers.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with fieldwork and travel. • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
