In-Store Brand Promoter (Dead Honest)

Location: Delhi and Gurgaon

Compensation: ₹3.2 – ₹4 lacs per annum (fixed + variable)

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Educate shoppers about Dead Honest as a beverage category — communicate how it differs from others.

• Offer chilled tastings and confidently explain flavour profiles and benefits.

• Drive sales by converting samplers into buyers — engage every shopper passing by the beverage section.

• Track in-store inventory and coordinate with the store manager and Dead Honest team to raise Purchase Orders (POs) on time to maintain shelf availability.

• Ensure cans are always front-facing, price tags visible, and promotional materials properly displayed.

• Capture daily activity data — samples given, cans sold, customer feedback, and report to HO through WhatsApp

• Build relationships with store staff and managers to ensure smoother restocking and better shelf placement.

• Prior experience as a promoter or merchandiser.

• Hygienic and presentable — adheres to food-safety standards during sampling.

• Reliable with good reporting discipline (daily check-ins and sales data).
