VMC Programming and Setup:
Develop and optimize VMC setter programs using software siemens or Fanuc.
VMC programming, setup, and operation.
Set up VMC machines (lathes, mills, routers) according to job specifications and engineering drawings.
Select and install appropriate tools, fixtures, and attachments.
Operation and Monitoring:
Operate VMC machines to produce parts within specified tolerances.
Diagnose and resolve VMC machine issues, including mechanical, electrical, and programming problems.
Perform routine maintenance and preventive maintenance on VMC equipment.
