Job Opening: Production Supervisor – Hydraulic Cylinder Manufacturing

We’re hiring an experienced Production Supervisor to manage hydraulic cylinder Manufacturing for filter press machines.

General Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 6 years of hands-on experience in hydraulic cylinder manufacturing.

• Proven expertise in machine shop operations, including lathe, boring, honing, welding, and related processes.

• Strong understanding of hydraulic systems, seals, and associated components.

• Skilled in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and hydraulic schematics.

• Well-versed in key manufacturing processes such as honing, welding, pressure testing, and surface finishing.

• Proficient in production planning, scheduling, and monitoring workflow to meet targets.

• Experienced in managing manpower, machines, and material flow efficiently on the shop floor.

• Effective team leader with the ability to motivate and guide production staff.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills across departments.

• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and working knowledge of ERP systems or production reporting tools.

   

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month (Negotiable for the right candidate)

Location: Malumichampatti, Coimbatore.
