About Masyc Projects Pvt. Ltd.
Masyc Projects Pvt. Ltd. is an industrial machinery manufacturing company based out of Bahadurgarh, Haryana — one of the region's established industrial hubs. We are engaged in the design, fabrication, and supply of engineering solutions catering to diverse industrial sectors. With a strong manufacturing setup and a results-driven work culture, we offer our employees a stable, growth-oriented environment where competence is recognized and rewarded.
About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Store Executive to manage day-to-day store operations at our Bahadurgarh plant. This is a ground-level role that demands practical knowledge of engineering components, raw materials, and spare parts — not just paperwork. If you have spent time on a factory floor and know the difference between a hydraulic seal and an O-ring without looking it up, we would like to talk.
Reporting Structure
This role operates under a dual reporting line:
Primary Reporting — Store Manager: All day-to-day store operations, material management, and inventory compliance.
Parallel / Functional Reporting — Plant Manager: Production-linked material requirements, priority escalations, and plant-level operational decisions.
The candidate must be comfortable working within this dual-authority structure and should be able to communicate clearly and proactively with both reporting managers.
What You Will Be Doing
You will be responsible for the complete store function at the Bahadurgarh facility — right from receiving incoming material to issuing it against production requirements. On any given day, this means physically verifying inward consignments against purchase orders and inspection reports, coordinating with the QC team before accepting any batch, and ensuring rejections are segregated and documented properly.
You will maintain accurate stock records using our ERP system, conduct cycle counts, and flag discrepancies before they become a problem. Minimum and maximum stock levels will be your responsibility to monitor — material shortages that stop the production line should not happen on your watch.
Beyond the system work, you will physically oversee bin card maintenance, labelling, stacking, and housekeeping of the store area as per 5S standards. Items must be traceable, accessible, and stored correctly — especially Pipes, shafts, consumables, cutting tools, bearings, fasteners, machinery components critical to uninterrupted production.
Key Responsibilities
• Receive, inspect, and accept or reject incoming materials in coordination with purchase and QC teams
• Issue raw materials, spare parts, tools, and consumables against authorised material requisitions
• Maintain accurate GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and material issue records in ERP
• Conduct regular stock audits — daily cycle counts and monthly physical verification
• Monitor reorder levels and raise purchase requisitions proactively
• Coordinate with vendors during material pickup/delivery and handle documentation (LR, challan, invoice matching)
• Maintain proper shelf/bin management and ensure FIFO compliance
• Ensure all hazardous or flammable materials are stored as per applicable safety norms
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for both the Store Manager and Plant Manager
• Liaise with production, maintenance, and purchase departments for smooth material flow
• Escalate critical material shortages to the Plant Manager without delay
What We Are Looking For
Qualifications
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / or Graduate with relevant store experience in a manufacturing setup
• 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in a store function within an engineering or industrial manufacturing environment
• Practical knowledge of industrial components — mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic
• Working proficiency in ERP system and MS Excel
Skills That Matter
• Strong attention to detail — documents must be right the first time
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced plant environment with tight production schedules
• Ability to coordinate simultaneously with two reporting managers without ambiguity
• Ability to read engineering drawings or part identification sheets is a distinct advantage
• Good communication skills for coordination with vendors, production supervisors, and the purchase team
• Physically fit to manage floor-level store operations
Working Conditions
This position is based at our manufacturing facility in Bahadurgarh, Haryana. Working hours align with plant shift schedules. Weekend presence may be required during audits, month-end stock closings, or critical production phases.
What We Offer
• Competitive salary commensurate with experience and industry standards
• ESI / PF / Gratuity benefits as per statutory norms
• Structured work environment with clear growth opportunities
• Exposure to multi-category inventory across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic domains
• Opportunity to be part of a growing manufacturing organisation in the heart of Haryana's industrial belt
Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in heavy engineering, capital goods, auto components, or industrial equipment manufacturing.
Candidates located in or around Bahadurgarh, Jhajjar, Rohtak, or Delhi-NCR are encouraged to apply.
Immediate joiners preferred.
