Role Overview
The Store Incharge at Buzz Electronics Pvt. Ltd. is responsible for end-to-end management of the factory store — covering inward, outward, and internal movement of all inventory including SKD kits, components, packaging materials, and finished goods. This role is central to ensuring smooth production flow, accurate stock records, and timely material availability for assembly operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Inward & GRN Management
• Receive incoming shipments of SKD kits and components from China vendors and domestic suppliers
• Verify materials against Purchase Orders (PO), Proforma Invoices (PI), and packing lists
• Coordinate with the IQC team for incoming quality checks before stock acceptance
• Prepare and update Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) accurately and on time
• Report quantity shortages, damages, or mismatches to Procurement / Warehouse In-charge
2. Stock Storage & Organization
• Ensure proper labeling, binning, and location tagging of all materials in the warehouse
• Maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) discipline across all SKUs
• Organize store layout for fast retrieval of components based on production requirements
• Ensure ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) compliance for sensitive electronic components
3. Material Issuance & Kit Closure
• Issue components and SKD kits to the production floor basis BOM (Bill of Materials) approvals
• Track kit-wise material consumption and prepare Kit Closure Reports post-production
• Ensure zero unauthorized issuance; all material movement to be documented
• Coordinate with Amit Paswan (Production Manager) for daily production material requirements
4. Finished Goods & Packaging Stock
• Receive and stock finished goods dispatched from the assembly line
• Maintain packaging material inventory (boxes, inserts, labels) and coordinate with Chaman (Packing Head)
• Track dispatch-ready stock and assist in outward logistics documentation
5. Inventory Control & Reporting
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts and physical verification
• Maintain real-time stock records in the inventory management system / Excel trackers
• Generate inventory reports for Procurement Head and Management as required
• Flag critical stock levels, slow-moving items, and excess inventory proactively
• Maintain dead stock register and coordinate for write-off or return approvals
6. Documentation & Compliance
• Ensure all store documents (GRN, Material Requisition Slips, Delivery Challans) are filed accurately
• Maintain AWB / B/L records for imported shipments in coordination with the procurement team
• Support BIS compliance tracking by maintaining import batch records for applicable products
• Keep store SOPs updated and ensure team adherence

Qualifications
• Minimum: 10+2 / ITI / Diploma in any stream
• Preferred: B.Com / B.Sc. / Diploma in Stores Management or Supply Chain
• 3–6 years of experience in a manufacturing / electronics store environment
• Experience with import documentation (AWB, B/L, commercial invoice) is a plus
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Stock accuracy rate (target: ≥ 99%)
• GRN processing time (target: same day for domestic, within 24 hrs for imports)
• Zero unauthorized material issuance incidents per month
• Kit Closure Report submission within 24 hours of production batch completion
• Monthly stock count variance (target: < 0.5% by value)
• On-time availability of materials to production floor
