We are looking for a responsible and motivated PET Production Shift Incharge to mange production activities during the assigned shift. The candidate will be responsible for supervising manpower, monitaining quality and safety standards, and achieving daily production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
All type activities related to Maintain the Quality, its assurance and Continues Improvement in Quality.
Overall writing work of order received from sales dept. on order board.
All type of documentation activities related to Production & Quality Control.
Check & Maintain sample sheet along with process parameter of every job.
Analysis weight sheet of every job for every plant for the both shift & its summations.
Check & maintain flexo sterio list in stock.
Checking & quality assurance of roll of night shift production.
Checking / testing of quality of inward material / market sample.
To ensure that products meets Quality Standards and function & production quality remains the same throughout complete lot.
Label printing as per requirement.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 3 - 5 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
