Job Summary:

The Saw & Moulder Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining woodworking machines such as Auto Cut-off Saw, Multi Ripsaw, Single/Double Spindle Moulder, and Arbor Saw. The role ensures precise cutting, moulding, and finishing of wood components while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate saws, moulders, and related woodworking machinery as per production requirements.

• Read and interpret cutting lists, blueprints, or job cards for required dimensions.

• Set up, calibrate, and adjust machines for accurate cutting/moulding.

• Ensure consistent product quality by measuring and inspecting output.

• Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and minor maintenance of machines.

• Monitor machine performance and report breakdowns to maintenance team.

• Handle raw material feeding and finished product stacking safely.

• Maintain records of daily production, waste, and downtime.

• Follow workplace safety guidelines and use appropriate PPE.
