The Shift Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations during the assigned shift, ensuring smooth workflow, adherence to company standards, and achievement of productivity and quality targets. The role involves supervising staff, maintaining safety protocols, resolving operational issues, and ensuring effective communication between shifts and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily shift operations to ensure targets are met.

• Allocate tasks and responsibilities to team members and monitor performance.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational policies.

• Monitor machine and equipment performance; escalate issues for timely resolution.

• Train, guide, and motivate staff to enhance productivity and efficiency.

• Maintain accurate records of attendance, output, shift reports, and incidents.

• Ensure proper handover between shifts to maintain operational continuity.

• Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters in coordination with HR.

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operations.

• Enforce hygiene, housekeeping, and safety standards at the workplace.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 4 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
