Role overview: Quality strategy lead karna, QMS implement karna, audits drive karna, defects & COPQ reduce karna, aur cross-functional teams ke saath continuous improvement run karna.

Key responsibilities:Quality Management System (ISO 9001 / IATF 16949) ko implement, monitor aur improve karna.

Internal/External audits, supplier quality, incoming-to-final inspection aur RCA–CAPA lead karna.

Data-driven KPIs: FPY, FTR, COPQ, warranty trends track karke improvements drive karna.

SPC, FMEA, 8D, PPAP/APQP practices institutionalize karna; team coaching & stakeholder communication. Must-have qualifications:B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Production/Equivalent), 10+ years QA/QC with 3–5 years leadership.

Strong in QMS, audits, RCA, SPC; Six Sigma/Lean/Lead Auditor preferred.

Nice-to-have:Automotive/IATF exposure; sheet metal/plastics/machining process knowledge.
