Job Description

As a QC Assistant at W&M, you will be responsible for ensuring that each product meets our high standards of craftsmanship and finish. You’ll conduct in-process and final quality checks, maintain defect logs, and support the factory team in upholding excellence across materials, construction, and aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

Perform in-line and final quality checks on furniture units.
Record defects, deviations, and corrective actions in quality logs.
Use measurement tools to verify dimensions, alignments, and fitments.
Check upholstery stitching, polishing quality, joinery accuracy, and overall finish.
Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
