Job Description

We’re hiring a Factory Supervisor to lead daily production at our luxury furniture unit. This role involves managing manpower, achieving daily targets, enforcing safety and quality standards, and ensuring smooth coordination on the shopfloor.

Key Responsibilities

Allocate tasks to carpenters, polishers, upholsterers, and helpers based on daily plans.
Monitor production progress and ensure output meets quality standards.
Enforce 5S, safety protocols, and machine maintenance schedules.
Coordinate with QC, design, and stores teams to resolve issues.
Maintain daily production and attendance reports.
