Quality Analyst

We are looking for a Quality Analyst (SEO) to join our team at FastInfo to plan and run online marketing campaigns. The responsibility includes managing social media, SEO, paid ads and other digital initiatives/projects. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹17000 - ₹22000 and a dynamic learning environment.

“In this role, you will be working as a Quality Analyst for our website sales process, and we’re specifically looking for someone who also has a good understanding of SEO. Your primary responsibility will be to review and evaluate sales calls, chats, and processes to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance.

Along with the usual QA responsibilities—such as monitoring call quality, identifying errors, tracking ZTP violations, and giving feedback—you will also analyze how effectively our website sales team is promoting, positioning, and explaining SEO-related services to clients.

You’ll check whether agents are using the correct SEO terminology, explaining benefits clearly, and following the right pitch structure that aligns with search engine optimization best practices. Your insights will help improve both the quality of customer interaction and the conversion rate for website and SEO-related sales.

You’ll also prepare reports, highlight training needs, and work closely with operations to reduce repeat errors and improve sales performance. Overall, this role combines quality monitoring with SEO understanding to ensure that our website sales process is strong, accurate, and customer-focused.”

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 5 years of experience. Knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads and basic analytics is also important for this role.
