*QUALIFICATION :-* B.Tech / Diploma in MECHANICAL/ELECTRICAL

*SKILLS :-*

1. Quality Exp in H4 Bulb, Miniature,Head lamps.

2. IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D

3. Vernier, Micrometer, Eng. Dwg. & GD&T etc

*JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :-*

✅ Lead incoming, in-process & final inspection

✅ Ensure zero defect delivery to customers

✅ Handle customer complaints – 8D report & CAPA

✅ Oversee PPAP submissions for new parts

✅ Conduct internal audits & prepare for IATF / customer audits

✅ Control rejection, rework & scrap – drive cost reduction

✅ Train & supervise QC inspectors

✅ Maintain calibration system for all instruments

✅ Prepare quality dashboards for management
