Responsible for leading and managing all manufacturing plant operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective production while meeting quality, delivery, and business objectives. Oversees production, maintenance, quality, supply chain, safety, and workforce performance, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day plant operations to achieve production, quality, and delivery targets.
Develop and implement production plans, budgets, and operational strategies.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, and continuous improvement programs.
Monitor and improve KPIs including OEE, productivity, quality, cost, and on-time delivery.
Manage plant budgets, control operating costs, and improve profitability.
Oversee maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and uptime.
Ensure adherence to Quality Management Systems and customer specifications.
Lead, coach, and develop plant leadership teams and employees.
Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, engineering, and commercial teams.
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Manage capital projects, plant expansions, and equipment upgrades.
Conduct performance reviews and workforce planning activities.
Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to senior management.
