Quality Control Engineer

1.        Ensuring Quality Standards: Oversee project quality in civil structural, foundation, Solar Project Expertise and other related construction disciplines to meet project requirements.

2.        Quality Management System (QMS) Development Develop and maintain the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) to align with relevant quality standards, guidelines, and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.

3.        Document Control & Review: Develop, review, and manage various quality documents like FQP, SOP, WI, RFI, IMIR, etc.

4.        Civil Laboratory & Testing Oversight: Ensure calibration of civil lab equipment, monitor cube results, and conduct aggregate testing and workability.

5.        Inspection Coordination: Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to submit inspection requests and ensure compliance with quality standards.

6.        Reporting: Prepare daily QA/QC reports detailing inspections, materials, non-conformances, lessons learned, root cause analysis, and other insights.

7.        Compliance Monitoring: Verify that work is done according to approved methods, designs, and drawings.

8.        Problem Solving & Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any unexpected challenges, like design changes or material shortages.

9.        Training & Development: Provide training and capacity building in quality management systems; share lessons learned for continuous improvement.

10.     Site Audits & Quality Control: Conduct audits, monitor the status of non-conformances (NCs), and oversee site inspections for quality assurance.

11.     Technical Knowledge: Be proficient in relevant standards (IS, IEC, ASTM) and be skilled in digital QA tools and software like MS Office, MS Teams, and Outlook.

12.     Team Leadership: Supervise and monitor site quality engineers, handle their tasks, and provide quarterly feedback.
