Quality Assurance Executive

Conduct quality checks at each stage of pouch and laminate production (printing, lamination, slitting, and pouching). • Inspect pouches for: Color matching accuracy Print registration/alignment Zipper quality and sealing strength Pouch shape, size, and finishing • Check lamination bond strength, drying, and curing quality.Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for any non-conformance handling. • Monitor packaging quality (box packing, shrink wrap, correct labeling). • Report deviations and assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions.Understanding of flexible packaging materials (PET, BOPP, PE, etc.) • Familiarity with printing defects, pouch sealing standards, and packaging QC parameters Ability to use tools like GSM tester, bond tester, etc. • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, report making)
