Job Title: Purchase Executive

Responsibilities:

- Purchase raw materials, components, and consumables as per requirement

- Collect quotations and prepare purchase orders

- Follow up with vendors for timely delivery

- Coordinate with stores, production, and accounts teams

- Visit vendors, suppliers, markets, and job sites as required

- Inspect materials at vendor location or site if needed

- Maintain purchase records and vendor details

- Ensure quality, cost control, and timely availability of materials

Requirements:

- Graduate / Diploma (any stream, preferably Mechanical or Commerce)

- 2-4 years experience in purchase or procurement

- Willingness to do field work and vendor visits

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel

- Good communication and coordination skills
