Job Profile – Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials, mechanical components, and consumables required for manufacturing.

• Identify and develop reliable vendors and maintain strong supplier relationships.

• Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate the best commercial terms with suppliers.

• Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials as per production requirements.

• Maintain purchase records, vendor databases, and documentation using ERP/software and Microsoft Excel.

• Coordinate with production, stores, and accounts departments for smooth procurement and material flow.

• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of critical materials.

• Track deliveries and resolve issues related to quality, quantity, or delays.

• Evaluate supplier performance and support cost optimization initiatives.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic ERP/software systems.

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

• Understanding of mechanical components and industrial materials preferred.

• Good communication and organizational abilities.

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple purchase orders simultaneously.

Experience:
1–3 years of experience in purchase/procurement (manufacturing industry preferred).

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 0 - 6+ years Experience.
