We are looking for a seasoned Production Manager with 10+ years of experience to oversee our heavy metal fabrication shop. You will be responsible for leading the production team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, and maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the daily operations of the fabrication floor (cutting, welding, assembly).
Lead and mentor a team of welders, fabricators, and machine operators.
Ensure all jobs meet technical blueprints and quality specifications.
Optimize workflows to reduce waste and meet strict delivery deadlines.
Enforce shop safety protocols and oversee equipment maintenance.

Requirements:

10+ years in heavy metal fabrication; 5+ years in a leadership role.
Expertise in heavy-gauge welding, CNC operation, and blueprint reading.
Strong leadership skills and a "boots-on-the-ground" management style.

Compensation: ₹45,000 – ₹52,000 per month.
