Production Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and direct production activities to meet daily and weekly targets.

• Oversee the entire fabrication process, including cutting, bending, welding, and assembly.

• Ensure all production output meets strict quality standards and specifications.

• Manage a team of workers, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.

• Monitor material usage and control production waste to optimize costs.

• Maintain machinery and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules.

• Prepare production reports and ensure efficient shop floor management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• Proven 3-5 years of experience in a production management role, specifically within the steel fabrication or heavy engineering industry.

• Strong technical knowledge of fabrication processes (welding, machining, surface treatment).

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
