To prepare and execute the production plan. To maintain quality & speed of work. Carryout the work with reference to work instruction. To get the production target completed by sub-ordinates.Production is planned and carried out under controlled condition, which includes: -  Information about characteristic of product.   Providing work instructions as appropriate.   The availability of monitoring and measuring devices as per QM / 21.   The service rendered assures satisfactory performance of the product.     Validation of processes for production and service provision:   Process of Welding has been validated. Following criteria is used for validation ;     Selection of Supplier – Only approved supplier shall be selected.   Qualification of Welder – Welder Qualification / past experience shall be evaluated. Testing from External Agency : Actual welding test shall be conducted.     Identification and traceability:   All parts are suitably identified throughout the product realization by means of project size / shape/ part number. The product status with respect to monitoring and measurement is identified by label. In case, any customer has specified traceability to be a requirement, each part is stamped with a serial number and appropriates records maintained. Customer Property:   The organization takes care of customer property ( Drawings, Assembly parts ) while it is under the organizations control or being used by the organization. The organization uses tags / reports / bins / demarcated areas etc to identify, protect, verify and safeguard customer property provided for use or incorporation in to the product. If any customer property loss, damage or otherwise found to be unsuitable for use this is reported to the customer immediately by means of letter, fax or email etc and these records are maintained.   Preservation of product:   All products are handled and stored in a manner to protect against damage. This includes handling up-to the delivery to customer.
