Job Description

• Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of Injection Molding machines.

• Set and adjust molds and machine parameters as per production requirements.

• Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved for each shift.

• Supervise operators and helpers; handle shift handover smoothly.

• Maintain records of moulds, machine performance, and material usage.

• Coordinate with maintenance for machine and mould upkeep.

• Monitor and minimize machine downtime and material wastage.

• Collaborate with the quality team to analyze defects and implement corrective actions.

• Ensure adherence to safety, 5S, and company policies.

Job Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Injection Moulding processes and parameters.

• Leadership and shift handling skills.

• Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.

• Focus on quality, productivity, and safety.

• Team coordination and communication skills.
