Mechanical Engineer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in mechanical design and fabrication. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising production, supporting day-to-day fabrication activities, and executing engineering projects both domestically and internationally.

You should have hands-on experience with 3D modeling and drafting software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.), and be capable of delivering innovative mechanical solutions for a wide range of applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop mechanical systems and components using 3D CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD).

• Supervise the production and fabrication process based on engineering designs.

• Provide on-site technical support for fabrication and assembly.

• Work on a diverse range of mechanical projects including:

  • Container and structural design

  • Hydraulic and pneumatic-based scissor lift systems

  • Bus body design and fabrication

  • Electrical panel design and fabrication

• Integrate mechanical systems with electrical and electronic components.

• Apply knowledge of fluid dynamics in system design.

• Travel across India and abroad to execute and support projects on-site.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and other drafting/design software.

• Strong understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, structural, and fluid dynamic systems.

• Basic working knowledge of electrical and electronic systems.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Excellent problem-solving and project execution skills.

• Willingness to travel frequently within India and internationally.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in defence, automotive, or industrial fabrication sectors.

• Hands-on experience with on-site fabrication, commissioning, or installation.

• Familiarity with standards and compliance in mechanical and electrical system design.
