Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Business Development:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in regional and national construction markets.
Generate leads and convert them into long-term business from infrastructure companies, builders, contractors, and real estate developers.
Promote scaffolding and aluminium formwork systems through technical presentations, site visits, and product demonstrations.
Participate in tendering, bidding, and proposal submission processes.
Cultivate strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Work closely with internal teams to align sales and marketing initiatives with production and delivery timelines.
Market Research & Strategic Planning:
Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to monitor pricing trends, technology advancements, and emerging customer needs.
Assist in formulating marketing strategies, pricing models, and promotional campaigns.
Support the launch of new products and services based on market intelligence and customer feedback.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Prior experience in marketing and sales of scaffolding, aluminium formwork, construction equipment, or related products is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of construction site operations and technical aspects of scaffolding/formwork systems.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
