Role Overview:
The Production Supervisor will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and supervising production activities at the plant. The role involves managing manpower, production output, raw materials, machines, quality, safety, and production documentation while ensuring that production targets are achieved on time and as per defined quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production activities and ensure achievement of production targets.
Manage manpower, shift allocation, and shop-floor operations.
Ensure production as per SOPs, quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Monitor raw material usage, production output, wastage, and yield.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams.
Monitor machine performance and coordinate for breakdown/maintenance issues.
Maintain daily production reports, MIS, and shift records.
Identify process gaps and implement productivity and efficiency improvements.
Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, 5S, and safety standards.
