Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate press machines (mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic) to shape or form metal or plastic parts.

• Load materials into the press machine and adjust machine settings for each production run.

• Monitor the machine during operation to detect malfunctions or issues.

• Conduct routine inspections of parts for quality assurance using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

• Perform basic maintenance on equipment, such as lubrication and cleaning.

• Record production data, including quantity, defects, and machine performance.

• Follow all company safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.

• Communicate with supervisors and maintenance personnel regarding issues or improvements.
