Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up CNC machines efficiently and accurately.

• Interpret and work from engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.

• Use precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.) to ensure quality standards are met.

• Adjust machine parameters and offsets to maintain part dimensions and surface finish.

• Conduct routine maintenance and ensure machines are in good working condition.

• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets and improve process efficiency.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company and safety standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong machining knowledge — manual and CNC operations.

• Experience with FANUC controller and related CNC machinery.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.

• Proficient in using precision measuring tools.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Basic computer literacy for data entry and machine programming (as needed).

Education:

• UG: Any Graduate (preferably in Mechanical/Production/Manufacturing Engineering or related field).
