Job Title: Grinding Machine Operator

Role Overview:

Responsible for operating and maintaining surface / cylindrical grinding machines to achieve required dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and product quality as per engineering drawings and production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate grinding machines for precision finishing of components.

• Interpret engineering drawings and follow tolerance requirements.

• Measure and inspect parts using Vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

• Perform basic machine maintenance and ensure safe operation.

• Maintain productivity, quality standards, and proper documentation.

Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant trade.

• 1–3 years experience in grinding / machining in a manufacturing industry.

• Knowledge of surface/cylindrical grinding, tolerances, and measuring instruments.

• Ability to identify defects and adjust machine settings accordingly.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 0 - 5 years of experience.
