Job Summary:

Supervise daily machining operations for alloy wheels manufacturing. Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage CNC machining (turning, drilling, milling) of alloy wheels.

• Lead machine operators and technicians.

• Ensure production schedules and quality standards are achieved.

• Troubleshoot machine and process issues.

• Implement 5S, safety, and lean practices.

Requirements:

• ITI /Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• experience; 2+ years in a machining supervisory role.

• CNC machining & aluminum alloy experience preferred.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
