Duties and Responsibilities:

·          Assist in the operation and maintenance of machinery and equipment.

·          Collaborate with experienced operators to learn and apply best practices.

·          Ensuring the smooth and efficient running of machines.

·          Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.

·          Feeding raw and packing materials into the machines.

·          Assist to fix issues that might occur during the shift.

·          Maintain activity logs, if any.

·          Receive on-the-job training to develop technical skills for specific machinery.

·          Operate machinery and equipment according to instructions

·          Clean machinery and maintain cleanliness in work area

Skills Required:

·          Must be 12th + ITI (Any Trade - Preference will be given to Fitter, Mechanical, Machinist).

·          Interest in machinery operation and mechanical systems.

·          Ability to follow written and oral instructions

·          Ability to lift heavy equipment, to bend, and to stand or walk for long periods of time

·          Willingness to work in shifts

·          Basic understanding of safety regulations in an industrial setting.

·          Ability to Work in team
