We are looking for a skilled and responsible BCS Machine Operator to join our PP woven bag manufacturing unit in Ludhiana, Punjab. The candidate will be responsible for operating the BCS machine used to convert PP woven fabric rolls into finished bags for the rice, cattle feed, poultry feed and agricultural industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor the BCS machine for PP woven bag manufacturing.
Set up the machine and adjust settings according to bag sizes and production requirements.
Ensure proper cutting, folding, stitching and finishing of bags, as applicable to the machine.
Maintain product quality and ensure bags meet the required dimensions and specifications.
Monitor daily production output and minimize material wastage.
Identify and troubleshoot basic machine issues and coordinate maintenance when required.
Perform routine machine cleaning and maintenance.
Maintain production records and follow workplace safety procedures.
Coordinate with management and helpers to ensure smooth production operations.
Requirements:
Previous experience operating a BCS machine in PP woven bag manufacturing is preferred.
Knowledge of PP woven sacks, bag conversion processes and quality control.
Ability to operate the machine independently and resolve routine operational issues.
Responsible, punctual and willing to work in a manufacturing environment.
Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply.
