Supervisor

Kanika Fasteners Private Limited is a growing manufacturing company engaged in the production and export of high-quality fasteners and related products. We are looking for an experienced and responsible Production Supervisor to manage day-to-day production activities and ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities on the shop floor.

• Plan and monitor production as per daily and monthly targets.

• Allocate manpower and machines according to production requirements.

• Ensure production schedules are followed and targets are achieved.

• Monitor production quality and ensure products meet specified standards.

• Supervise workers and maintain discipline and productivity on the shop floor.

• Monitor machine utilization and coordinate with the maintenance team for breakdowns.

• Ensure proper use of raw materials and minimize material wastage.

• Maintain production records, reports, and shift-wise data.

• Coordinate with Quality, Stores, Maintenance, and Dispatch departments.

• Ensure proper handling and movement of materials within the production area.

• Implement and maintain workplace safety and housekeeping standards.

• Identify production bottlenecks and take corrective action.

• Train and guide workers regarding production processes and safety procedures.

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and production procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma / ITI or related field.

• 1–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Experience in the fastener, wire, metal, engineering, or similar manufacturing industry will be preferred.

• Good knowledge of production processes and shop-floor management.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.
