ITI, Diploma, H. Sc. Pass  for Solar Plant in Kutch Gujarat

Position: Machine Operator / Plant Associate (50+ positions) at Mundra Kutch (Gujarat)

· Eligibility & Salary (CTC per month):

· Diploma / B.Sc. – ₹18,500

· ITI / BA / B.Com – ₹17,030

· HSC – ₹16,130

Role Purpose

The Plant Associate will support day-to-day plant and terminal operations ensuring safe, efficient, and uninterrupted functioning of plant equipment and operational processes in line with Adani operational and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Support smooth execution of plant operational activities during assigned shifts.

· Assist operators and supervisors in handling plant machinery and equipment.

· Perform material handling, loading/unloading, and operational support tasks.

· Monitor equipment functioning and immediately report abnormalities.

· Ensure adherence to Adani Safety Standards & SOPs at all times.

· Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness within operational areas.

· Use PPE strictly as per plant safety norms.

· Assist during preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.

· Follow shift deployment instructions across plant areas as per operational requirement.

· Maintain discipline, attendance, and operational compliance.

Operational Responsibilities

· Support bulk material handling operations.

· Assist in conveyor, equipment, or terminal-related activities.

· Ensure operational readiness before shift start.

· Participate in safety toolbox talks and shift briefings.

· Support emergency response activities when required.

Required Skills & Competencies

· Basic knowledge of industrial or plant operations.

· Strong safety awareness and compliance mindset.

· Ability to work in rotational shifts.

· Team coordination and discipline.

· Basic communication skills.

· Learning attitude for multi-skill deployment.

Educational Qualification

· ITI / Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical / Fitter / Operations) Preferred

· 10th / 12th Pass candidates with industrial experience may also apply.

Experience

· 0–5 years experience in Plant / Port / Manufacturing / Heavy Industry operations preferred.

· Freshers from technical institutes (NTTF / ITI) can be considered.

Work Environment

· Industrial Plant / Port operational area.

· Rotational shifts including night shifts.

· Outdoor & equipment-based working conditions.
