Position Details
Position Title: Maintenance In-charge
Department: Maintenance
Reporting To: Floor In-charge / Director
Location: BSWPL Plant, Jaipur
Level: Level–1

Purpose of the Position
To ensure all machines, tools, and equipment are maintained in good working condition. Responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime and support smooth production.

Personal Profile

·       Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

·       4–5 years of experience in industrial maintenance

·       Knowledge of roll forming, cutting, and hydraulic machines plc based preferred

Key Responsibilities & Measures

·       Plan and perform preventive maintenance of machines( including rollforming/ power presses/ hydraulic sharing and bending , hydrallic punching , and welding machines.)

·       Attend breakdowns and resolve issues quickly.

·       Maintain records of maintenance, spares, and tools.

·       Ensure availability of critical spares and consumables.

·       Coordinate with vendors for major repairs.

·       Maintain all utilities –EOT crane, Welding machine,  compressor etc.

·       Implement 5S and safety in maintenance area.

·       Prepare daily/ weekly / monthly maintain Reports of machines  and share with management.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience.
