Machine Maintenance Officer

Key Responsibilities

 Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance for:

 Mechanical Presses

 Hydraulic Presses

 Lathe Machines

 Milling & Drilling Machines

 Robotic Welding Machines

 Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.

 Ensure smooth and uninterrupted production operations by minimizing downtime.

 Conduct machine inspections, calibration, alignment, lubrication, and coolant

management.

 Maintain maintenance logs, service records, and breakdown analysis reports.

 Follow all safety procedures including LOTO and equipment safety standards.

 Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for repairs or

replacements.

 Support the production team by ensuring machine reliability and performance.

Skills & Qualifications

 Diploma / ITI / BE in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or related

field.

 5–10 years of experience in Machine Maintenance within a Metal Fabrication /

Manufacturing environment.

 Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

 Ability to read machine drawings, electrical diagrams, and hydraulic schematics.

 Experience handling Robotic Welding Systems (ABB / FANUC / Yaskawa

preferred).

 Good problem-solving ability and willingness to attend urgent breakdowns.

Preferred Skills

 Experience with TPM / Preventive Maintenance systems.

 Knowledge of industrial automation, welding processes, and Hydraulic Machines.

 Strong communication and team coordination skills.
