Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Laser Cutting Machine and Panel Bender Programmer/Operator to handle sheet and tube cutting operations along with panel bending processes. The candidate should have hands-on experience in programming and operating CNC-based machines, preferably HSG make sheet & tube laser cutting machines and LVD panel bender (experience with other brands is also acceptable).

Key Responsibilities:

· Operate and program laser cutting machines for sheet and tube cutting.

· Operate and program panel bender machines for precision bending work.

· Prepare and modify CNC programs as per drawings and production requirements.

· Interpret technical drawings, nesting plans, and job orders.

· Ensure optimum machine utilization and minimize material wastage.

· Perform routine machine checks and basic maintenance.

· Maintain quality standards and ensure accuracy of finished parts.

· Coordinate with production and design teams for smooth workflow.

Requirements:

· Experience in laser cutting (sheet & tube) and/or panel bender machines.

· Familiarity with HSG laser machines and LVD panel bender preferred (other machine experience acceptable).

· Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.

· Knowledge of CNC programming and nesting software.

· Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills.

· Minimum [X] years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience in sheet metal fabrication industry.

· Knowledge of material handling and cutting parameters.

· Attention to detail and quality-focused approach.
