Operate pouch making machines for:
- Stand-up pouches
- Center seal pouches
- Side seal pouches
- Zipper pouches
- 3-side/4-side seal pouches
Perform machine setup and changeovers according to job specifications.
Read and understand job cards, artwork, and production orders.
Monitor sealing, cutting, zipper alignment, registration, and pouch dimensions.
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure pouch quality standards.
Maintain production records, wastage reports, downtime reports, and output data.
Troubleshoot minor machine problems and coordinate with maintenance when required.
Ensure proper housekeeping and machine cleanliness.
Follow safety procedures, SOPs, and GMP standards.
Reduce material wastage and improve machine efficiency.
