Job Description

Conduct quality inspections during:
- Rotogravure Printing
- Lamination
- Slitting
- Pouching processes
Check raw materials, WIP (Work in Progress), and finished goods as per quality standards.
Monitor key quality parameters such as:
- Shade variation
- Registration
- Bond strength
- Seal strength
- GSM
- COF (Coefficient of Friction)
- Ink adhesion
- Dimensions and pouch quality
Perform laboratory and production floor testing as per SOPs.
Approve production samples before bulk production.
Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and test reports.
Identify defects, analyze root causes, and coordinate corrective actions with production teams.
Ensure compliance with customer specifications and internal quality standards.
Coordinate with Production, Stores, and Dispatch departments for quality-related issues.
Support ISO documentation, audits, and quality compliance activities.
Monitor rejection, wastage, and customer complaints and prepare reports.
