Job Title

ITI Fresher / ITI Trainee (Multiple Positions)

Job Purpose

To support factory work under supervision and learn the process. Candidate will be placed in a suitable role (Production / Maintenance / Utility / Packaging / Electrical etc.) based on skills and requirement.

Key Responsibilities

Work under supervisor and follow instructions properly.
Support day-to-day factory operations (as assigned).
Assist in basic maintenance / machine support work (as required).
Use tools safely and handle materials carefully.
Follow safety rules and wear PPE at all times.
Report any machine issue, leakage, abnormal sound, or safety risk immediately.

Eligibility

ITI pass (any trade)
Fresher / 0–1 year experience
Willing to learn and work in shifts (if required)

Skills Needed

Discipline, punctuality, teamwork
Basic tool knowledge (preferred)
Good attitude and learning mindset
