Helper

We are looking for a Helper to join our team HEEW HR. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of 14000k to 15000k and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Remove chips and clean machine areas to ensure smooth machine operation.

• Carry and transport raw materials / finished goods safely within the shop floor.

• Assist machine operators during setup, loading, and basic machine tasks.

• Maintain workplace cleanliness by sweeping, removing waste, and organizing tools.

• Follow safety guidelines and use PPE properly to avoid accidents.

• Support in loading/unloading items from trucks or storage as needed.

• Arrange materials in FIFO order and keep the production area organized.

• Report any machine or material issues to the operator or supervisor immediately.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is SSLC and 1 to 3 Years in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
