CNC Machine Operator

• Set up and operate CNC turning machines as per job requirements.

• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.

• Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds.

• Load raw materials and oversee machining operations.

• Conduct first-off inspections and in-process checks using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMM).

• Adjust machine settings to maintain part quality and tolerances.

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines.

• Ensure production targets, quality, and safety standards are met.

• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.

• Work collaboratively with supervisors, engineers, and quality teams.
