Stitching Floor In-Charge is responsible for overseeing daily stitching operations on the production floor to ensure targets are met with the required quality, efficiency, and safety standards. The role involves managing operators, coordinating with support departments, and maintaining smooth workflow across lines..
Supervise and manage day-to-day stitching floor operations.
Allocate manpower and machines as per production plan.
Ensure production targets are achieved within defined timelines.
Monitor line efficiency, productivity, and absenteeism.
Maintain quality standards and reduce rework and alterations.
Coordinate with Quality, Cutting, Finishing, and IE teams for smooth workflow.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety guidelines, and factory discipline.
Identify bottlenecks and take corrective actions to improve output.
Train and guide operators and line supervisors to improve skill levels.
Maintain daily production, efficiency, and rejection reports.
Support implementation of continuous improvement and lean practices.
